This website collects the name, phone number, ZIP code, selected service, urgency, and contact permission you submit. It also records the originating page, referral source, campaign parameters, and advertising click identifiers when present. These details support request handling, routing, and campaign measurement.

How information is used

Requests are stored in a hosted database. The operator can review them and an approved contractor can access only requests assigned to their account. Contractor applications store the signed-in account reference, email, business name, phone, plan preference, and requested ZIPs. This is a commercial lead referral service; contractors may pay for exclusive access to assigned requests.

Contact and measurement

Your required contact permission is limited to following up about your request. Optional advertising measurement is separate and off by default. If you allow it and tracking is configured, Google or Meta may receive a conversion event and a random event reference. The conversion event does not include your name or phone. The site uses session storage for attribution and a confirmation token. Sign-in is handled by the hosting platform.

Service providers and storage

Cloudflare-backed hosting and database services process site data. Email and SMS providers receive operational alerts only when configured. These alerts link to the protected dashboard instead of including homeowner details. The site uses short-lived, hashed network information to limit spam. Data is retained for request handling until the operator removes it; a formal retention period has not yet been supplied.
