What exclusive access means
A ZIP has one active contractor assignment in this platform. Every matched lead is visible only to that assigned contractor and the operator. Claiming a lead records ownership; it does not expose the lead to competing subscribers. Unassigned requests stay private to the operator.
Cluster limits above are proposed plan definitions. ZIP availability, lead qualification, credits, cancellation, and any custom terms must be confirmed in a written agreement. No lead volume, homeowner response, or revenue is guaranteed. Applications do not charge a card or activate a subscription.
